Central Iowa Title Services, LLC will coordinate the details of the closing of a real estate transaction. We will coordinate the closing with the lender, set the date and time of the closing, contact all parties, prepare the closing statement and/or HUD-1 Settlement Statement, prorate the taxes, receive and disburse all funds (including payoffs), handle the recording of the documents, and report federal income tax information for the real estate sale to the Internal Revenue Service.
